Most QADAR BEAU orders require 2 to 5 business days for production and fulfillment before shipping.

We currently ship within the United States only.

• Standard U.S. delivery: generally 5 to 7 business days after fulfillment.
• Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and destination.
• Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or card processing times may vary.
